01Accepting these terms

By using mm2.money (“the site”, “we”, “us”) you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian knows about and agrees to your use of mm2.money.

02What mm2.money does

mm2.money buys virtual items from the Roblox game Murder Mystery 2 from players. You sell us items in an in-game trade with one of our bots and receive a site balance, which you can withdraw as Robux, PayPal, Cash App, GCash or cryptocurrency.

We only buy items from you; we don’t sell items or arrange trades between users. mm2.money is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of Murder Mystery 2. All trademarks belong to their owners.

03Your account

You can sign in with Google, Discord or an email and password. Your mm2.money account is separate from your Roblox account: we will never ask for your Roblox password, cookie or 2FA code, and anyone who does is not us.

• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Link only Roblox accounts that belong to you.
• One person, one account. Don’t create extra accounts to get around limits or promotions.
• Tell us right away through a support ticket if you think someone else has access to your account.

04Selling items

1. Pick your items. Each item shows the price we pay for it right now. Prices follow the live market and can change at any time.
2. Create the trade. The amount shown as “You receive” is what you get. Our fee (currently 12%) is already taken out of that number; nothing else is deducted afterwards.
3. Trade the bot in-game. Join the server, send the trade to the bot named on your trade page and add the items.
4. Get paid. Each item is added to your balance as soon as the bot receives it.

Open trades expire after the time shown on the trade page. Items that haven’t been traded by then are simply not bought.

05Withdrawals

• You can withdraw your balance whenever you want, above each method’s minimum shown on the Withdraw page.
• The fee for each method is shown before you confirm.
• Cash-outs are processed within 48 hours of your request; most are paid much sooner. Crypto may need a few extra minutes for network confirmations. Robux is paid through a Game Pass or clothing item and Roblox then holds it as pending for 5–7 days under its own rules.
• Crypto transactions can’t be reversed. You are responsible for the wallet address and network you enter; payouts sent to a wrong address or network can’t be recovered.

06What you can’t do

• Sell items that are stolen, duplicated, scammed or obtained against the rules of Roblox or Murder Mystery 2.
• Use mm2.money to launder money, avoid taxes or for anything illegal.
• Use bots, scripts or automation against the site, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it.
• Pretend to be mm2.money staff, one of our bots or another user.
• Harass, threaten or abuse our staff or other users.

If you do, we can suspend or close your account, hold or cancel a balance that comes from the violation, and report it to the authorities where required.

07Risks you accept

• Virtual items have no official cash value. Our prices are our own offer based on the community market.
• Roblox or the game developers can change items, values or trading rules at any time, and may treat third-party services differently in the future.
• The site is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.

08Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, show signs of fraud, or try to manipulate prices or our systems. You can close your account at any time through a support ticket; any verified balance is paid out first, unless it is part of an open investigation.

09Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, mm2.money is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost items, lost profits, bans on third-party platforms such as Roblox, or downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the balance we owe you at the time of the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we’ll tell you on the site or by email. Using mm2.money after a change means you accept the updated terms.
